Good art direction overall (kind of ugly player char portrait)
Shops with three different suits with slightly different weapons (the best one is cheap though and you can't switch back after buying it)
Some large and detailed sprites
Pretty intense action at times
Pretty good variety
Gremlins 2-style platformer/run 'n gun (can move backwards in the levels)
Forgiving death pits (lose 1 HP and respawn on the last platform)
Easy and hard modes+can edit how much HP you have (can even make yourself invincible)
Control config
Decent intro and ending cutscenes (animation and dialogue)

Fairly long knockback when hit
The reason for the player character to undress halfway through the first level seems like a pervy joke

No strafing or aim lock
Somewhat unforgiving hit boxes on enemy projectiles at times (sometimes looks like you should've been able to jump over the last boss' bullets but got hit instead)
No alternate weapons or upgrades (auo-fire, rate of fire, movement speed etc)
Short at only 4 levels
Slowdown when there are 4+ enemy sprites on screen (gets pretty bad with more) and some flicker
Some trial & error (some later platforming, elevator traps)
Very poorly english
So-so jump animation for your avatar and she looks a bit odd from the side while in the spacesuit
