Graphics-7.5 Sound-8 Control-7.5 Challenge-8* Story-5.5
Level Design-7 Frustration-8.5* Fun-7* Originality-6
Overall Score-7
*1-Player
+ 4-Player co-op, nice level transitions, very good animation overall, decent cutscenes, one ranged weapon (limited ammo, no ammo counter) and some throwable objects, some good bosses (bowling ball has multiple phases), scaling effects, some large sprites and one multi-jointed sprite, very good visual variation, difficulty options (easy-to very hard), pretty fast paced, comical tone
+/- Enemies can grab you but you can't grab them, can't hit bosses during their intros and certain moves, each player has a pre-selected character (P1=Marge, etc.), simple button masher mini-games between some levels (funny scenarios though - a bit like Wario Ware),
- Trial & error (boss patterns), boss attacks always take priority over your special move?, no run/block/dodge moves, repetitive, somewhat basic artwork in cutscenes and on some sprites, repeats some enemies several times, no alternate paths through levels, no kick button, somewhat sloppy hit detection at times, final boss has a smart bomb attack (can be dodged but it's hard to read its range),
