+ Fairly unique concept, fairly impressive scaling for the time, '90s 'tude, password save, grab enemy weapons to use against them

+/- More about what bike you have than your skills when it comes to reaching first place (you can stay on one skill level and grind if you need a better bike but it's a bit repetitive)

- Unstable framerate, scrolling not smooth enough at higher speeds, hard to distinguish objects in time at higher speeds, somewhat stiff controls, somewhat dark colours, obtuse menus, some trial & error (hills with objects or sharp turns on the other side), can't keep your weapon for the next race, a bit too easy at first, 1-player only, music uses only 3-4 channels and no DAC/PSG (except for on the title screen)
